Winter is Coming…

As the winter months slowly approach, it’s a great idea to start thinking about what to wear for colder weather. Let’s face it, running in cold temperatures suck, but if you have the right gear on it makes quite the difference. I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve either worn the wrong clothing or I wasn’t wearing the proper amount of layers on any of my runs. It’s a mistake most beginner runners make as well as some experienced runners. One thing that should always be taken into consideration is that you’re body is going to be generating a lot of heat as you run and cool down fast when you stop. Layers are important for these changes in body temperature when it’s a cold day. It’s a good idea to check the weather conditions before deciding on the correct layers. Here are a few recommendations for running in cooler weather.

All items listed should be made of a moisture wicking material (tech) as cotton is ROTTEN.
